Cameron Boyce was an actor and humanitarian best known for his roles as Luke in Disney Channel’s “Jessie” and as Carlos in the Disney Channel original movie franchise “Descendants.” He passed away from SUDEP in 2019 at the age of 20. Following his death, his family founded TCBF to honor his legacy and support causes close to his heart, including epilepsy research.
The Cameron Boyce Foundation is Part of the CURE Epilepsy Family
In 2026, The Cameron Boyce Foundation became part of the CURE Epilepsy family.
CURE Epilepsy is the largest nongovernmental funder of epilepsy research in the United States. The collaboration brings together two organizations long aligned in their commitment to epilepsy research and awareness, particularly around Sudden Unexpected Death in Epilepsy (SUDEP).
